kaminokusakiI spent most of the weekend painting. Most everything is starting to bud or blossom, which makes for lovely landscape pieces. I plan on sending a few home to my little sister. It would be nice to go visit since it's almost her summer break, but I'm not sure that's the wisest idea right now.

Renji's birthday is in a couple of days and I think it would be really nice if we could skip training and celebrate. All day. The three of us. Please. ^_^
By the way, what did you get him? I found a really nice fountain pen and some notebooks and had my dad send them to me. I almost got him matcha and a tea set, but I thought that's what you would do, so I didn't.
Do you want to make him a cake? I think I could ask Marui to help. He's good with that sort of thing. Maybe something plain... green tea cake or something.
